The location worked well, a metro station was across the street. the staff was friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the quiet room. It was very quiet. despite the busy street, i slept soundly.

the staff was helpful. the location is near public transport. the pool was convenient, i used it in the afternoons.
i was charged an incorrect amount initially. i spent time at reception trying to sort it out. eventually, the general manager resolved it on the last day. the experience was disappointing.
